Body Art was a British quarterly devoted to tattooing and body modification, beginning in the late 1980s. The first issue is generally dated 1987/88, and the magazine ultimately ran to 23 issues, ending in 1996. Henry Ferguson edited it throughout its run. It covered a range of subjects, not only through photography but also through intelligent discussions and essays, as well as interviews.
